We are not unilateral in our approach in that we are constantly evolving and seeking to create thoughtful properties relevant now and in the future and impart meaningful experiences for clients, owners, developers, inhabitants and visitors.
EXPERIENCE.
We bring 20+ years of experience in all aspects of the design process from ideation and development to execution. We specialize in large-scale hospitality, office, mixed-use and multi-family projects with comprehensive amenity spaces: fitness, spa, business and communal, recreation, and roof-top lounges.
EXPERTISE.
Hospitality work includes developing five-star hotels from the ground-up to refreshing entire properties or select spaces, to full rebranding of international, mid-tier business and budget traveler brands. Additional design work includes luxury flagship retail, experiential pop-up spaces and site-specific work that complements the surroundings.
